SONDR was created and founded in 2019, with the aim to challenge the current perception of the recruitment industry.

We do not believe in the current recruitment process. It’s a transactionally-led, volume based system which often fails to recognise the candidates career goals & ambitions.

SONDR are a 100% talent-led business and we do not sell vacancies. We understand that each individual is different. They all have different ambitions, career goals & lifestyles. As such, we aim to build relationships with individuals throughout their careers so that we are perfectly positioned to provide sound career advice and create the right opportunities.
